Have decent graphic skills.
Know how to work with HTML and FTP. I suggest downloading Core FTP Lite, which is a completely free program if you don't already have one.
Examples of your work by providing me with your current website, or attaching them to an e-mail.
Keep up with your site as often as you can. This is an important responsibility because none of your visitors would want to view a deserted site!
I like to keep in touch with my hostees, so providing me with your AIM or anything that I can easily contact you with every once in awhile would be nice.
